A gourmet dish that showcases the balance of flavors of kiwi

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon of olive oil (for 2 pieces of salmon fillets (for 2 pieces of salmon)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

For the sauce:
1 kiwi, mashed to a puree
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cider vinegar 1 tsp.

Execution

  1. 1 teaspoon of cider.
  2. Place the salmon in the oven and brush with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until juicy but not dry.
  4. Mix the sauce ingredients and drizzle over the salmon before serving.
